I live most of my time on a small island surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility. I enjoy walking a forested trail, swimming in the invigorating West Coast Salish Sea, and hanging out in my garden alive with dragonflies and songbirds. Being in nature reconnects, restores, and refuels me with peacefulness and vitality.
